A Prayer For Those Impacted By Hurricane Beryl

Heavenly Father, we come before your throne in reverence seeking your provision and protection in this time of need. You are a healer and a comforter so we pray for healing for those who’ve been injured and comfort for the families who’ve lost loved ones during this disaster. Give them your strength as they seek to piece their lives back together. We pray for those who have yet to locate their loved ones. Please help them to make contact and set their minds at ease.

We pray for those who’ve experienced property loss or damage. Please provide the help they need during this time. Allow for supplies and resources to be quickly and readily available. Strengthen them physically, emotionally and spiritually as they rebuild their lives.

We pray for those who are providing aid to affected areas. Please bless and abide with them, strengthen them and grant them wisdom.

We pray for those who are still in the path of Hurricane Beryl. Please protect them from all harm. Lord, for those who are anxious or in distress during this storm, we pray for the peace that only You can give. We pray that the storm will lose its momentum and strength and dissipate rapidly.

We lift up the governments of the region. Please grant them your wisdom and strength to navigate the coming days and weeks.

We ask all this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
